About the Blue Flame 

Hi! I’m Alizé , a French Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher specialized in nutrition and personal development. 

I’ve always been passionate about holistic traditions, which led me on a journey through Ayurveda, yoga, and even anthropology. My academic thesis focused on digestion and the deep interconnection between the body and the universe , a theme that still fuels my work and curiosity today.

What truly brings me joy is exploring the sacred relationship between body and mind, and how we can awaken our natural healing potential through food, movement, and intentional actions.

In Ayurveda, digestion is seen as the foundation of health, not just how we digest food, but also emotions, thoughts, and life itself. We can experience more vitality, clarity, and balance through mindful shifts in diet and daily rhythm.

Through The Blue Flame, I offer Ayurvedic nutritional counseling to help you reduce inflammation, regulate weight, soothe the nervous system, and craft a personalized healing approach that works for you, not against you. Let's get real together ! 

I also teach yoga and write regularly on my blog, sharing insights, reflections, and Ayurvedic inspiration.

I believe that food is a powerful mirror; the way we eat reveals how we relate to ourselves, what we believe we deserve, and the patterns we carry. It's not always easy to decode this on your own, and that’s where I come in.

My role isn't to hand you a list of foods to avoid (you can find plenty of those online), but to support you in understanding your body, your symptoms, and your story, so you can heal from the inside out.
